As a property manager of 30 years, it is a rare and surprising occurrence when your expectation of a trade or service is surpassed so enormously. I had recently been caught in a lift that had not been commissioned correctly by the installing company (who shall remain nameless), for 2 hours. After five calls to the original company I had had no response.
After a call to Gary Grimes at Octagon who was not connected with said lift in any way he had a person on site within 10 minutes and I was freed.
I would certainly recommend any client wishing to install a lift to use Octagon Lifts, as this level of service is not only fantastic but also necessary in such situations.
